We are still open and offering Miam and Mediation appointments during this time

Our services have been developed to support those experiencing family change by assisting with the resolution of your practical problems, addressing the emotional impact of separation, and helping manage your arrangements for children, finances and communication in the context of legal proceedings.
Our Mediators, Psychologists and Family Counsellors offer support not only to those going through the Mediation process, but for anyone involved in family legal proceedings in the South West. These services are in addition to our Children's Resource Worker, (Specialist Child Psychologist), who continues to offer a confidential opportunity for children to express their views when their parents are involved in Mediation.

We would like to stress that all of our mediators are either practising family lawyers in senior positions at prominent law firms in the South West, or leading academics and lecturers with a wealth of knowledge and experience of the legal, practical and emotional aspects of separation.
