Private Law Children's Update

Presented by Gina Small and Yvonne Sutherland from King’s Bench Chambers in Plymouth. 

Structure of the training sessions:

The aim of the training will be to provide a case law update on all aspects of both private and public Children Act law. The training will also involve consideration and discussion of case studies with a view to assisting family practitioners, whether solicitors or mediators, in finding the best possible solutions for their clients.  The course would be suitable for all levels of practitioners.

Dates and Cost:

The traning session will take place at our offices in Hampton House on the following date:
