Ancillary Relief Update

Andrew Eaton-Hart who has been practising since 1989 is an experienced family law barrister at Walnut House Chambers. His work is evenly divided between children cases and ancillary relief cases.
The Aim of the training programme:
This training is aimed at solicitors and mediators whether experienced or newly qualified. The aim of the training will be to provide a case law update on both property disputes between unmarried couples and on middle income and asset financial disputes. The training will also involve consideration and discussion of case studies with a view to assisting family practitioners, whether solicitors or mediators, in finding the best possible solutions for their clients.
Dates and Cost:
The workshop will take place at our offices in Hampton House on the following date:
- Wednesday 21st January 2009 - 4pm to 6pm. Cost £40 + VAT (non refundable)
- CPD: 2 Law Society CPD hours will be available.
