As practising family solicitors and academics in the South West, we understand how busy solicitors are, and we welcome referrals in whatever format is easiest for you. We appreciate any information that you can give on the initial referral form, especially with regard to any issues of child protection, domestic abuse or mental health/drug/alcohol problems. As an organisation, we place the highest importance on thorough screening to ensure that mediation is safe and suitable for the clients. Any information that you can give us helps us to provide a safe and effective service for them.

We offer your client's appointments within two or three days of receiving your referral, or sooner if requested. We also keep you up to date with any matters in relation to that referral, always with the client's permission..
