New Mediator - John Hind

We are pleased to confirm that John has now joined us for three days a week, Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. John is an experienced family law solicitor and mediator. He began his career as an officer in the British Army.

Since leaving the Army John has trained as a family lawyer and he has spent many years specialising in the financial effects of marriage and relationship breakdown in a number of well known regional law firms.

He also spends time lecturing to other solicitors in this area of law and particularly in the field of pensions, businesses and family law. He is an Accredited Specialist on the Law Society family law panel and is a past chairman of Devon Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) whose members include many highly respected Devon Family Solicitors. John is looking forward to contacting many of you to discuss ways of working together in the new family law climate.
