Important - New APP7

From 15th November all APP7s will need to be on the new form. We have been advised that the LSC will accept APP7s issued prior to 15th November until 15th December only. After this date they will be invalid, and the client will need to attend a further assessment meeting with mediators to obtain a new APP7.
