Children Act Update - Training Event, Tuesday 29th Sept

The aim of the training will be to provide a case law update on all aspects of both private and public Children Act law.

The training will also involve consideration and discussion of case studies with a view to assisting family practitioners, whether solicitors or mediators, in finding the best possible solutions for their clients. The course would be suitable for all levels of practitioners.

Trainers: Gina Small as head of chambers and Yvonne Sutherland are both barristers for King’s Bench Chambers in Plymouth.
