The Court of Appeal has ruled that changes in the value of assets due to the credit crunch is not a good reason for overturning a financial settlement agreed between divorcing couples.

The Peninsula Family Justice Council last night launched a new website containing an A-Z database of Family Support Services in Devon & Cornwall
Families are at the centre of what they do, and their website contains extensive information, advice and contacts to help local families find their way around the Family Justice System.
